Movie Month

Hollywood Video had a double feature special this month, so for $9.99 you got one free for every one you rent for the entire month. That included games too so Josh had a blast getting xbox 360 games as well. We rented lots of movies, these are the ones I can remember from the last two weeks:

Freedomland
Dreamer
Edison Force
Caché
7 mummies
DaVinci Treasure
Annapolis
She's the Man
Cheaper by the dozen 2
Hostel
Eight Below
Failure to Launch
Munich
Running Scared
16 Blocks
The Hills have eyes
Kill Bill 1
Kill Bill 2

After watching those I can honestly say that I still think that the movies they make these days mostly suck.

On that list I have only seen the Kill Bill movies, and I actually loved those, the rest of them, well i might see them when they make it to regular television.

I would definitely have to agree with most of the movies being made today usually being crap. Hollywood has run out of good ideas. Hence the surge for the movies based on TV Shows (some of them being god awful (Dukes of Hazzard comes to mind) and the "why God why" remakes. It looks like the beginning of the end.
